Directions

Take 1 to 2 packs daily. Take the first pack with breakfast and the second pack with lunch. If taken with workout take 45-60 minutes before working out. On Non-training days take 1 pack daily with food. Be sure to drink 1 gallon of water per day while taking Shred Matrix. Taken on empty stomach can cause dizziness and nausea. For Advance Users: Gradually work up to 2 packs daily. If dizziness or tremors occur reduce dosage to 1 pack daily.
