Directions

For explosive musclebuilding results, take 2 servings (each serving consisting of 4 caplets with an 8 oz glass of water) daily. On workout days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily to help enhance creatine absorption, to maintain an adequate state of hydration, and for general good health.
