Brief Life History:
Dancing has always been part of my life. I began formal dance training when I was 2 years old.
Throughout grade school I studied dance and I began competitive dance in High School.
After High School I taught dance for 5 years and continued to be involved with competitive dance as a coach. I danced for two years professionally as a member of the Tulsa Talons AF2 Arena Football Cheer/Dance Team.
I am also currently attending college to become an Early Childhood Educator. I have worked as a teacher's assistant for 5 years and I plan on teaching Kindergarten when I get my teaching degree.
My husband and I were married in 2002 and we are the parents of two adorable English Bulldogs; Lily and Daisy. I enjoy traveling, dancing, shopping, and collecting anything with a Bulldog on it.
How I Got Into Fitness:
After dancing competitively and performing for so many years, Fitness competitions seemed like a great way to continue to train and compete. My husband is a competitive bodybuilder and he helped me develop a training and nutrition plan to make the jump from Dance competition to Fitness competition.
Future Plans:
I look forward to continuing to compete in Fitness in the IFBB, and I hope to one day compete for the Fitness Olympia title. In the future, my husband and I plan to have children, and also add many more Bulldogs to our happy family.
